- There is a small security deposit since a lot of people can’t afford it. We rent month by month so that a long term commitment is not required.
- We supply almost everything a person needs to live (housing):
- Queen Bed (with pillows, sheets, comforter)
- Dining Table and chairs,
- Small Dresser,
- End Table
- Big Screen TV with included Cable
- WiFi
- Water/Sewer/Electric/Garbage (Dumpster)
- Note: we do not do laundry or guarantee the TV/Internet service.
